Alan Davidson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric, large nonprofits, and private practice.

He has provided clinical and administrative supervision to counseling students, interns and professionals. Alan is invested in emphasizing a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to behavioral health. When Alan is not creating strategies for growth and improvement within the behavioral health system of care, he enjoys traveling with his wife, hanging out with his dogs, cycling, and boating.

Julie Patel is the Chief Financial Officer at CFBHN in Tampa, Florida. She holds an MBA degree and is experienced in both the public and private sector.

She is the proud mom of two sons.

Kent Runyon

Kent Runyon
Chief Operating Officer

Kent resides in St. Petersburg, Fl and was born and raised in Indiana. He is a graduate of Ball State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Criminal Justice.

He completed his Master’s degree in the Science of Management at Indiana Wesleyan University and he is a graduate of the Executive Development program in Non-profit Management through the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business. He has held roles in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and has over 25 years of senior executive experience developing and leading operations and human services including behavioral health, correctional reentry, transitional housing, correctional healthcare, and permanent supportive housing, all with accredited agencies such as CARF, The Joint Commission, NCCHC and ACA. On a personal note, Kent enjoys time with his wife and family. He regularly volunteers for environmental clean-up efforts and loves hiking, biking and kayaking.
