Linda McKinnonPresident and Chief Executive Officer

    Linda McKinnon has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CFBHN since 2003. Under her direction the Network has grown from $4 million to over $218 million in annual revenue. CFBHN serves as the Managing Entity for the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) in 14 Florida west coast counties and includes over 100 mental health and substance abuse treatment providers as well as community coalitions.

    Tasked with ensuring high quality services meet community needs, over 130,000 uninsured individuals receive direct treatment services every year and over 10 million receive some form of prevention services and messaging. Ms. McKinnon previously served as the Regional Mental Health and Substance Abuse Administrator for DCF, was Vice President of Clinical Services at Centerstone in Bradenton, Florida for 10 years and currently serves on the Board of the National Council for Behavioral Health and the Executive Board of the Tampa Bay Regional Domestic Security Task Force Health and Medical Coalition.

    She is the past Chair of the Florida Association of Managing Entities and President of the Florida Association of Managing Entities. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
